A Home Workout For Lidl Mudders
The Workout
- Warm Up – 8 moves including jog on the spot, running punches and a balance exercise.
- Strength Section- 3 squat variations and 3 press-up variations for different ability levels.
- Cardio Section- 3 burpee variations (30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest and perform 4 rounds).
Lidl Mudder is a 1-mile course packed full of obstacles to give kids aged 5-12 the chance to work as a team and get a Lidl muddy. It’s THE mud and obstacle run for kids.
