Last season might feel like a million years ago, but it was the year we gave Mudder Nation the opportunity to choose their challenge by bringing adapted lanes to some of our favourite obstacles (and a few new ones too) – something we like to call Level Up Lanes.

We asked Tough Mudder UK trainer Born Barikor to show Mudder Nation how to take them on. Every day is a school day Mudder, are you ready to Level Up?

HOW TO TACKLE LEVEL UP LANES

1. EVEREST

2. FUNKY MONKEY

3. CAGE CRAWL

4. LEAP OF FAITH

5. MUDDERHORN
