MUDDER TIMELINE – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW START YOUR TRAINING AND RECRUIT YOUR TEAM GET EXCITED GET THE NERVES OUT 1 HOUR BEFORE START TIME Make sure you show up 1 hour before your start time. Don’t forget your QR code, ID and cash in the car. Check-in, grab your wristband, then drop your stuff at Bag Drop. If you didn’t already sign your waiver online, you’ll need to do it at check-in. 30 MINS BEFORE START TIME HIT THE BATHROOM START TIME GET TO THE STARTING LINE You made it through the first obstacle Are you warmed up yet? Remind yourself that “Mudders don’t whine. Kids whine.” DRINK WATER Make sure you hit the Hydration Stations on course. We have plenty, so there’s no excuse to be thirsty. FUEL UP Make sure you eat the free snacks needed to keep Mudders℠ going. 9TH OBSTACLE Help your fellow Mudders. 15TH OBSTACLE Help your fellow Mudders. It never gets old. LAST OBSTACLE Overcome your fears and conquer Electroshock Therapy. CROSSING THE FINISH LINE CROSS THE FINISH LINE Congrats – you’re officially a Mudder. Now what? Get your coveted orange headband and Finisher shirt. Hug your team and do your end-zone dance. REFUEL Grab a banana and water at the finish line. CELEBRATE Toast your finisher drink – you’ve earned it. Damn, that tastes good. MUDDER FEST KICK BACK AND RELAX Hang out with your teammates and fellow Mudders you met out on the course. Get some grub. SHOWERS You smell terrible; hose yourself off. APRES MUD The party doesn’t stop after you cross the finish line. A whole host of fun activities are available to enjoy in Mudder Village. Be sure to wear your orange headband to work on Monday morning.CONQUER TOUGH MUDDER
